Luxardo Lampone Raspberry Jam
Luxardo Lampone is a vibrant raspberry extra jam, made in Italy following an old Italian pastry tradition with no thickeners, preservatives, colourings or acidifiers. It is made with 80 g of raspberries per 100 g of product.
Bake-Stable for Professional Pastry
Part of Luxardo’s Alta Pasticceria line, it is ideal for crostate and can be baked in the oven up to 180°C (356°F) while keeping its shape and flavour.
How to Use It
The baker’s favourite for Linzer cookies, crostate, Sacher-style layers and filled doughnuts.
