Luxardo Berry Jam
Luxardo Berry is a deep, fruity extra jam of mixed wild berries: blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and cherry, made in Italy following an old Italian pastry tradition with no thickeners, preservatives, colourings or acidifiers. It is made with 110 g of mixed berries per 100 g of product.
Bake-Stable for Professional Pastry
Part of Luxardo’s Alta Pasticceria line, it is ideal for crostate and can be baked in the oven up to 180°C (356°F) while keeping its shape and flavour.
How to Use It
Perfect for frutti di bosco tarts, cheesecake toppings, filled cookies, crepes and as a gelato variegate.
