Luxardo Mirtillo Blueberry Jam
Luxardo Mirtillo is an intense wild blueberry extra jam, made in Italy following an old Italian pastry tradition with no thickeners, preservatives, colourings or acidifiers. It is made with 100 g of wild blueberries per 100 g of product.
Bake-Stable for Professional Pastry
Part of Luxardo’s Alta Pasticceria line, it is ideal for crostate and can be baked in the oven up to 180°C (356°F) while keeping its shape and flavour.
How to Use It
Ideal for blueberry tarts, cheesecake, filled pastries and as a ripple in gelato.
