Luxardo Limone Lemon Marmalade
Luxardo Limone is a bright, tangy Italian lemon marmalade with real peel, made in Italy following an old Italian pastry tradition with no thickeners, preservatives, colourings or acidifiers. It is made with 75 g of lemons per 100 g of product.
Bake-Stable for Professional Pastry
Part of Luxardo’s Alta Pasticceria line, it is ideal for crostate and can be baked in the oven up to 180°C (356°F) while keeping its shape and flavour.
How to Use It
Spread on crostate and lemon tarts, fill croissants and bomboloni, layer in cakes, or swirl into gelato and yogurt.
