Luxardo Orange Marmalade
Luxardo Orange is an aromatic Italian orange marmalade with fine strips of peel, made in Italy following an old Italian pastry tradition with no thickeners, preservatives, colourings or acidifiers. It is made with 60 g of oranges per 100 g of product.
Bake-Stable for Professional Pastry
Part of Luxardo’s Alta Pasticceria line, it is ideal for crostate and can be baked in the oven up to 180°C (356°F) while keeping its shape and flavour.
How to Use It
Use in crostate, filled cookies and croissants, to glaze cakes, or pair with chocolate in tortes and pralines.
