Luxardo Apry Apricot Jam
Luxardo Apry is a rich, velvety apricot extra jam made with sun-ripened apricots, made in Italy following an old Italian pastry tradition with no thickeners, preservatives, colourings or acidifiers. It is made with 130 g of apricots per 100 g of product.
Bake-Stable for Professional Pastry
Part of Luxardo’s Alta Pasticceria line, it is ideal for crostate and can be baked in the oven up to 180°C (356°F) while keeping its shape and flavour.
How to Use It
The classic choice for glazing fruit tarts and Sacher torte, filling croissants and krapfen, and topping crostate.
