Terre di San Gregorio is a superior category organic extra virgin olive oil (Biologico), obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. It is a blend of three olive varieties, Frantoio, Leccino and Coratina, naturally grown and cultivated on the hills of San Gregorio Magno in the province of Salerno, Italy.

The blend, originally chosen by the producer’s grandparents, gives this oil a unique and traditional peppery taste. To experience its genuine flavour, try it simply on a grilled slice of bread.

How to Use It

Drizzle over bruschetta, salads, grilled vegetables, fish and pasta, or use as a finishing oil on soups and grilled meats. Its peppery character makes it a standout on any Italian table.
