A concentrated lemon essential oil that completes the flavor of Agrolina Ciaculli, giving lemon sorbet and granita the fresh, aromatic note of just-grated Sicilian lemon rind. Produced in Italy by Elenka, a gelato and pastry ingredient specialist since 1959, and imported to Canada by Elio Importing.
How to Use
- Add 1 g per litre of mix together with Agrolina Ciaculli lemon juice concentrate.
- Lifts lemon sorbet, granita and lemon gelato with real rind aroma.
- A tiny dose goes a long way – one bottle flavors a thousand litres of mix.
