Made with powdered mascarpone and skimmed milk – ideal for mascarpone gelato and as the base of a cheesecake flavor. Produced in Italy by Elenka, a gelato-ingredient specialist since 1959, and imported to Canada by Elio Importing.

How to Use

• Dosage: 40–50 g/L of gelato mix, adjusted to taste.
• Blend into a white or milk base for a smooth, ready-to-serve gelato.
