An artisan Italian panettone (Produzione Artigianale) from Don Nino, handmade in Palermo, Sicily, with natural sourdough yeast and a long, slow rise for a soft, fragrant crumb. This Pan del Bandito panettone is a Sicilian speciality made with 14% sultanas soaked in Pantelleria passito, orange blossom honey, candied orange and lemon peel.
