Elenka Candied Whole Clementines
Whole Italian clementines, slowly candied in sugar syrup until glossy and translucent right through to the centre. Made in Italy following the traditional frutta candita method for professional bakeries, pastry shops and gelaterias.
How to Use It
Decorate cassata, panettone and Easter colomba, garnish tarts and cakes, slice over gelato, or dip in dark chocolate for a classic Italian confection.
