Luxardo Limoncello Pastry Aroma – 5 Litre Jug
Luxardo Limoncello is a lemon liqueur aroma made by Luxardo in Torreglia (Padova) exclusively for professional pastry (“Specialità per uso esclusivo di pasticceria raffinata”). It is used to soak sponge cakes, giving them the bright, fresh taste of Southern Italian lemons.
How to use it
- Soaking sponge cake: brush or spoon onto pan di Spagna layers for delizia al limone, lemon torte and layered cakes.
- Babà & small pastries: soak babà, savarin and mignon pastries for a fresh lemon finish.
- Creams & fillings: add a splash to pastry cream, mascarpone or ricotta fillings.
