Description

Elenka Pistachio paste is prepared with 100% Certified Sicilian pistachios, with a “sweet” roasting that is renowned for its rich, intense and persistent aroma typical of the Sicilian nuts. It does not contain any artificial dyes.

Gelato Dosage: gelato base Mix gr. 1000, pistachio Trinacria gr. 80/100.

Pastry Dosage: Cream yellow or cream gr. 1000, pistachio Trinacria gr. 90.
